A:  Talk to your agent first – they will advise you.

A: Yes you do – but talk to your agent about options – they will help you to list.

A: Yes – Please refer to the membership conditions.

A: Yes – But always get a quote from an agent first.

Q: My home is for sale with an agent can I still advertise it myself?
A: Yes – But check with your agent first.

Q: Can I change the price and add more features?
A: Yes – easily edited – if you are with an agent they will do it for you.

Q: Can I list a few times in adjacent locations?
A: Yes – but not advised

A: It’s online until its sold.

A: Yes. Very easily.

A: No as such – just the advertisement fee.

A: Yes – You can select an area.

Q: Can the search area be expanded?

A: Yes – Same as the agents

A: Yes. As many times as you like.

A: No.

A: For security reasons to protect the advertisement.

Q: Does the visitor contact via the website?
A: No directly with the seller or agent.

Q: Are there links directly to the seller and/or the agent?
A: Yes

Q: Where do I find the sellers/agents contact details?
A: On the property listing advertisement.

Q: Who does vendor/buyer deal with?
A: All dealings are directly with the seller or Agent.

Q: Can a seller/agent change their password?

Q: Does HomeQ take a commission or fee from the sale?
A: No

A: Yes – agents can list all their listings and new ones.

A: Yes.

Q: Are the agents’ profiles available?
A: Yes.

Q: Will the listing be removed when sold?
A: Yes. By you. Normally after one month.

Q: Can the listing be deleted at any time?
A: Yes.

A: No.

A: Yes – it’s the same arrangement

A: Yes

Q: If I cancel is there any refund of the subscription?
A: Unfortunately, due to the very small subscription no refund can be made.
