How to navigate the homeq.com.au website.
There is no login process required for visitors, sign-ups or registration forms to complete or usernames and passwords to lodge. Just use the search panel.
You can come and go as you please and leave no trail that you have been here only what you choose to supply – all your dealings are with the Real Estate Agent directly and there are no after sales charges or commissions payable by the agent buyer or seller
There are no membership applications, registrations or membership lodgements required to use the services of HomeQ by a visitor of buyer.
If you are contemplating selling be aware of similar platforms who may charge many hundreds of dollars to list a property and some maybe thousands – talk to your agent about adding HomeQ to your marketing plan. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, choose the type of service you require, which is selected from the keys in the centre of the Home Page:
- BUY
- RENT
- NEW HOMES
- OFF THE PLAN
- BUILDERS
Now in the box in the centre, enter the ‘Town or Suburb’ you are interested in, tick the ‘Include Surrounding Areas’ box [Which is Optional], then click on the ‘Filters’ key – this will take you to the page where you may select the features/addictions you would like in your new dwelling. The less filters you select the more listings will appear.
When you have done that, click on the ‘Search’ key on the right-hand side of the centre panel.
You will be connected to the area/location containing the home with the features you seek.
If you wish to return to the Home Page at any time, simply click on the logo on the left-hand side of the green header bar.
